Each Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar location has been designed as an attractive, friendly, neighborhood establishment featuring moderately priced, high–quality food, and beverage items, table service and a comfortable atmosphere that appeals to all ages. Each Applebee’s restaurant reflects its local neighborhood, with décor and memorabilia highlighting hometown heroes, local schools and area history.

Applebee’s offers a full-service lunch and dinner menu. Signature items include Applebee’s Riblets, Oriental Chicken Salad, the House Sirloin and Fiesta Lime Chicken.

In 2005 the restaurant also launched its addition of numerous Weight Watchers® menu items to its already delicious menu. The concept has continued to plan for future growth as Applebee’s Carside To-Go service was also added in 2005.

• Concord Neighborhood Corporation started with its first Applebee’s location in Manhattan, Kansas in 1991.
• After many years of continued growth and success, the company now operates over 40 Applebee’s locations in Alabama, Florida, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
• Concord won Applebee’s International’s Service Leadership Award in 2000 for outstanding customer service and mystery shopper scores.
