Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar has proven to be an upbeat, viable concept as its number of restaurant locations continue to develop throughout the years. The continued growth and success of the Applebee's chain is a testament to Applebee's commitment to quality, service, cleanliness, value, courtesy, and fun. Village Inn has a history of quality, operations with a broad guest base appeal dating back to the very first Village Inn Restaurant which opened in Denver, Colorado early in 1958. In addition, Holiday Inn hotel properties continue to be one of the lodging industry's pillars of operation, offering guests a quality "at home" atmosphere.  While still in its early stages, Famous Dave's growth potential continues to increase as its brand strengthens throughout the restaurant industry.
