June 1 - Concord's first Village Inn opens in Norfolk, Nebraska. |

The Village Inn Pancake House Restaurant located within a 120 room hotel in York, Nebraska was purchased. The hotel is now a Holiday Inn Hotel. The York hotel operates under the license of InterContinental Hotels Group. The restaurant located inside the property has sense changed from a Village Inn restaurant.
Concord was and continues to be recognized by Village Inn's parent organization as a solid, consistent operator. Concord was named ViCorp Restaurant's Franchise of the Year in 1990 for high quality of operations and adherence to high standards. |

Throughout Concord's many years of operation, Concord also owned and operated a total of 45 Applebee's restaurants in a Nine State region. In December of 2012, the Applebee's locations were sold to a private investment group.
